- A large lounge (4th bedroom) with a double sofa bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower, bath and double washbasin
- A shower room with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet
- A large utility room
- A 30 m² garage
Each bedroom has ample storage space.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional items: high chair, washing machine, cot, foldable pushchair, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A lovely private garden with trees, covering 760 m², as well as a terrace and outdoor furniture (table, garden chairs, two deckchairs and an awning) to make the most of sunny days!
The house is ideally situated in Balma, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Public transport is right on the doorstep, allowing you to reach the Capitole in 15 minutes.
