Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a shared swimming pool for rent in Le Thor.
It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 5,600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: – A 40 m² living room with a TV, a sofa bed (200x190), a dining area and a wood-burning stove (wood provided). – An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… Upstairs: – A bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200). – A bathroom with a shower and bath. – A separate toilet. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, griddle, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: – A shared swimming pool (10 m x 4 m x 1.40 m), heated and fitted with a high enclosure for children’s safety.
Open from 1 April to 31 October.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.
Two aquabikes are available. – A private 55 m² south-facing terrace, shaded by two large plane trees, with furniture provided. – A shared 5,600 m² south-facing garden, fenced and secured by an electric gate.
You will also find an outdoor kitchen with furniture. The flat is ideally situated in Le Thor, in a quiet neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: – Walking or cycling in the surrounding area. – A visit to the medieval village, featuring a 12th-century church. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park, which can accommodate 4 to 6 vehicles. There are also 2 fast-charging points available for electric vehicles (at an additional cost of 0.30 ctm per kW, payable directly on site). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – A car is essential. – Avignon railway station is 15 km away. Other notes: – Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are included. – Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic). – Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €10 per day, limited to one pet (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking.
Payment is to be made on arrival. – The accommodation is fully fitted with mosquito nets on all windows and doors. – All beds are electric and feature an adjustable lifting mechanism. – End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. – Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. – An electric vehicle charging point is available for an additional charge. – It is possible to book the “Reflet de Provence” accommodation at the same time, which sleeps 4 people.
