The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Bray-Dunes, just 150 metres from the beach and 2 minutes from the resort centre.
It has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: – A living area with a double sofa bed (180×190), a pull-out bed (90×190), a TV and a coffee corner. – A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… – A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). – A bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the 1st floor: – A mezzanine with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 120x190) and a single bed (90x190). – A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). Outside: – A secure, shared courtyard of 70 m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: portable air conditioner, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer and fan. Linen is included – we’re just waiting for you! The house is ideally situated in Bray-Dunes, right next to the resort centre and the Tourist Office, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: – Beach 500 m away. – Clos Fleuri water sports centre 500 m away. – Dune Marchand National Nature Reserve 1.2 km away. – Dune du Perroquet – Plopsaland theme park – Dunkirk Carnival Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Nearest railway station: Dunkerque, 20 km away. – Nearest airport: Grand Calais, 51 km away. The DK’BUS bus network is completely free for everyone – no tickets or season tickets are required – and serves the whole of the Dunkirk metropolitan area, including Bray-Dunes. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. — The air conditioner is portable. – Bed linen and towels are included. – The owners have three bicycles available for hire, stored in a secure lock-up (€24 per stay). – End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the property for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. – To allow you to arrive independently, a key box is available for arrivals from 4 pm onwards.
The code will be sent to you on the day of arrival in your booking summary.
A welcome booklet containing all the practical information you need to access the property will also be sent to you. – To ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, noise levels in the courtyard must be kept to a minimum after 8 pm.
