Sunset Beach is situated in the popular North Devon coastal village of Croyde.

Beautifully designed to make the most of its stunning sea views, Sunset Beach offers a comfortable and stylish base for a relaxing coastal getaway. The spacious open-plan living area occupies the first floor and is filled with natural light from large windows overlooking the surrounding countryside and coastline.

Doors from both the lounge and dining area open onto two separate balconies, providing wonderful spaces to sit back, relax and enjoy the views. Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully presented throughout, Sunset Beach features a comfortable lounge, a well-equipped modern kitchen and an elegant dining area.

The kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each offering its own individual character.

The newly added second floor is home to a spacious master bedroom, complete with an ensuite shower room and beautiful views to both the front and rear of the property. Outside, the fully enclosed rear garden is ideal for families with young children.

A large decked terrace provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining, summer BBQs and enjoying the sunshine, while the delightful summer house and lockable storage shed offer additional outdoor space and practicality. Perfectly positioned, Sunset Beach is just a short walk from the beautiful beach at Croyde, while the village itself is also within easy walking distance, offering a selection of local amenities, cafés, pubs and places to eat. This cottage was absolutely everything we could have asked for. Spotlessly clean, stylishly modern, and in a fantastic location. It truly ticked every box! We had the most amazing time and left with so many great memories. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect weekend escape. We’ll definitely be back!

We booked Sunset Beach as a last minute booking towards the end of summer. Although the weather wasn't great, the accommodation didn't disappoint. Sunset Beach has recently gone through some serious renovations which leave the place feeling new and modern. There was the odd snag as you would expe...
