Guests can enjoy the shared outdoor areas: the communal swimming pool provides 4 reserved spots per accommodation, while the garden is equipped with a table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The shared areas also include an air-conditioned lounge with sofas and armchairs, as well as a recreation area with a table tennis table and a swing, providing entertainment for both adults and children.
To make your stay even more comfortable, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee, as well as the possibility of arranging excursions and activities to discover the Tuscany region. Nature and horse-riding enthusiasts can take advantage of the nearby Equitania equestrian centre, located just 500 metres from the villa, as well as an area dedicated to sport fishing.
The property consists of three apartments with independent entrances and the main house, where the owner lives seasonally.
The property is ideally located for exploring the treasures of Tuscany: the charming medieval village of Certaldo Alto is nearby, as are the renowned art cities of San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence and Siena, all easily accessible for day trips.
