Memory House is an impressive four-bedroom luxury home in a fantastic beachside location in Woolacombe, with spectacular views across the beach and sea. Originally owned by Lady Chichester and named after her beloved dog, this elegant period property has been beautifully renovated and furnished to an exceptional standard, making it perfect for families and groups of friends looking for a luxurious coastal getaway. Ideally positioned on Woolacombe’s popular Esplanade, the house is just a few minutes’ walk from the resort’s award-winning three-mile beach.

The wrap-around terrace and private hot tub provide the perfect spots to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Inside, the ground floor combines original period features with stylish contemporary furnishings and breathtaking sea views through the large bay windows.

The bespoke Stephen Graver kitchen is modern and fully equipped, while the spacious dining and living areas make the most of the incredible coastal setting.

A large corner sofa and Smart TV with Sky provide a cosy space to unwind. Upstairs, there are four beautifully furnished bedrooms.

Two luxurious master bedrooms feature super king-size beds, 250 thread count linen, en-suite shower rooms and stunning sea views.

The second floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, served by a family bathroom. The house was amazing and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time. There are a few things broken or requiring maintenance with the house. Also after visiting doctors both my children have come out in a ‘hot tub rash’. Meaning bacteria in the hot tub and we all were skeptical getting in as it looked merky...

This property is in an ideal location overlooking Woolacombe beach. The welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. The decking where the table and hot tub are situated are very overlooked by the adjoining property, which you can’t see from the pictures. If you are all adults using all bedrooms, i...
