Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming family home (renovated in 2026) for rent in the highly sought-after Vicomté neighbourhood.
With a floor area of 250m², it can accommodate up to 14 people (10 adults and 4 children). Just a stone’s throw from the fantastic Chemin de ronde (GR34), the house is less than a kilometre from Prieuré Beach and Port Breton Park. You’ll be charmed not only by its location but also by its spacious, comfortable and light-filled living areas. On arrival, you’ll receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard.
They’ll show you round the property, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.
If you’d prefer to arrive independently, this option is available at the time of booking.
Throughout your stay, the local agency will be on hand to ensure you make the most of your time here. The house is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - An entrance hall leading into the 80m² living area, with a sitting and dining area that can seat up to 14 guests, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring, amongst other things: a bean-to-cup coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, an electric kettle, a conventional oven, a toaster, dishwasher, 4-ring induction hob, fridge-freezer (3 drawers)... Please note: the fireplace is not in working order. -Bedroom 1: a master suite comprising a queen-size bed (160x190), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and en-suite toilet. - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160x190) with en-suite shower room - A separate toilet Upstairs: - A landing converted into a relaxation and games area with a desk and TV lounge - Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (160x190) - A bathroom with a walk-in shower - Bedroom No. 4: Queen-size bed (160x190) - A separate toilet - A bathroom with a bath and double washbasins - Bedroom No. 5: a bedroom designed especially for children, comprising four single beds: one bunk bed sleeping two (80x185 cm, max. weight 60 kg) 1 pull-out bed that unfolds into 2 single beds (80x185). - Bedroom No. 6: Master suite with a queen-size bed (160x190) with en-suite shower room and toilet, separated by a glass partition with a base. Basement: - Utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge with freezer compartment and washbasin. Outdoors: - You’ll have access to a large 2,000 m² outdoor area; to make the most of sunny days, there’s a lovely south-west-facing terrace of around 60 m², equipped with a table and garden chairs, garden furniture, a parasol and a sun lounger.
A table tennis table is available. - A gas plancha (the cleaning service does not include cleaning the barbecue; it must be left clean and ready for use) Additional facilities: Wi-Fi (fibre optic), iron, clothes horse and ironing board, high chair. Neighbourhood: Ti Ar Gwez is situated in the residential neighbourhood of La Vicomté, to the east of Dinard.
This peaceful, leafy area is prized for its tranquil atmosphere, its villas and its beautiful panoramic views over the Rance and the Bay of Saint-Malo.
La Vicomté is now a predominantly residential neighbourhood, set apart from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, whilst remaining easily accessible from it. Nearby, you can visit Prieuré Beach and the mini-golf course, and enjoy walks along the seafront as well as Port-Breton Park, which is ideal for a family stroll. The neighbourhood also has a few good places to visit nearby, whilst Dinard town centre, with its shops, market, restaurants and Écluse beach, is easily accessible by car or bike.
Dinard boasts a particularly vibrant shopping scene in the town centre. An ideal location for enjoying Dinard and the Emerald Coast, whilst staying in a peaceful, residential setting Transport: If you choose to come by car, the house does not have a private parking space (parking is not permitted in the property’s garden); free, shaded parking spaces are available just a few metres from the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo (15 kilometres) - Nearest airport: Rennes (80 kilometres) Other notes: - Accommodation capacity: 14 guests, including 4 children/teenagers - The beds in the house have particularly low legs, meaning the seat height is lower than that of a standard bed. - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - The fireplace is not in working order - Pets allowed: €25 surcharge at the time of booking.
A maximum of one dog is permitted.
