The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The living areas offer Smart TVs, a sound system, WiFi and plenty of space for socialising, while the games room features a pool table, table tennis, dartsboard and a selection of games. The bedrooms consist of a family room with a double bed and two single beds, TV and Jack-and-Jill en-suite bathroom, a second-floor king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a double bedroom with TV, and a single bedroom with TV. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, and a ground-floor cloakroom/utility with basin and WC. Gas central heating and underfloor heating in the walk-in wardrobe. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear garden with decking, artificial lawn, furniture, barbecue and hot tub, along with roadside parking. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
