The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned studio flat in Gréasque for rent.
It measures 20 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the ground floor, it comprises the following: – A living area with a double sofa bed and a TV – A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a Senseo pod coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and hobs… – A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, griddle, ironing board and iron. Outside: A covered, furnished terrace measuring 20 m² to enjoy the sunny days. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The flat is ideally situated in Gréasque, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: – Visit Aix-en-Provence, Aubagne and Marseille, 22 km, 21 km and 34 km away respectively. – Visit the mining museum in Gréasque. – Swimming (36 km from La Ciotat beach, 42 km from Les Lecques beach). – Hiking along the Le Tombereau trail, on Montagne Sainte-Victoire and in the Sainte-Baume massif. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park (1 vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Gardanne railway station is approximately 9 km away and Marseille Saint-Charles railway station is approximately 34 km away. – Marseille Provence Airport is approximately 35 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr and a local concierge service. Other notes: – The mezzanine is not accessible.
The staircase is very steep and may be dangerous. – Bed linen and towels are included – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. – Air conditioning is available throughout the studio. – End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
