A modern, bright 40-square-meter apartment suitable for four people, located on the sixth floor of a seaside residential complex (elevator available, though, not suitable for people with disabilities; there is a flight of stairs at the entrance and additional steps leading to the elevator). The property is situated in the Viserbella district, a quiet area close to the sea and green spaces.
