Located on the 1st floor (no lift), the property is laid out as follows: – A 15 m² living area with a sofa, a TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs… – A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) – A bathroom with a shower and toilet Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The flat is ideally situated in Meschers-sur-Gironde, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: – Explore the cliffs, the cave dwellings, the marina and fishing harbour, the forest and the walking trails. – Tourist train. – Tourist boat trip along the banks of the estuary. – Sailing school. – Multi-activity leisure centre (go-karting, bowling, climbing wall, etc.). Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat (subject to availability). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Bus stop 200 metres from the accommodation. – Royan TGV station 11 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – Bed linen and towels are included. – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. – End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
