The Cocoonr agency is offering this 25 m² flat for rent in Montgeron, which can accommodate up to 2 guests.
The accommodation is situated on the ground floor and is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen, including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hobs and a dining area
- A bathroom with a shower and a toilet

- An 80 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A 1,000 m² private, enclosed garden facing south

You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… This is a neighbourhood where peace and quiet are a priority.
Respect for the neighbourhood is essential. Things to do: - Walks in the Forest of Sénart - Walks or bike rides along the River Yerres - A visit to Paris Transport: If you choose to come by car, public parking spaces are available on the street. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Montgeron-Crosne railway station: about a 10-minute walk - Paris-Orly Airport: about 14 km by car To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean condition and that kitchen appliances are cleaned after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in.
