Sunnycliffe House is a bright and spacious holiday home in Woolacombe, sleeping six guests in three bedrooms.
Set high on the cliffs between Woolacombe and Mortehoe, it enjoys wonderful sea views towards Baggy Point and directly overlooks secluded Combesgate Beach, accessible between low and mid tide. The house has three well-presented bedrooms, all with sea views: a king-size master with en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the coast and countryside.
There is also a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining area has comfortable seating, a TV and DVD player, and dining space for six. French doors open onto a fully enclosed, south-facing terrace with a picnic table and sun loungers, while the west-facing balcony has outdoor seating and uninterrupted sea views. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and dining table.
A separate utility room has a washing machine, WC and wash basin. Ground Floor Living Area: Sofas, TV and DVD player, with French doors leading to the enclosed terrace. Dining Area: Dining table seating six guests. Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and small dining table. Utility Room: Washing machine, WC and wash basin. First Floor Bedroom 1: King-size master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with storage. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with two full-size single beds and a small balcony. Family Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC. Good to know: Sleeps six, including infants.
Gas central heating, WiFi, fridge/freezer, additional fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and DAB radio.
Bed linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels). Travel cot and high chair available; please bring your own cot bedding. Private enclosed terrace and balcony.
Off-road parking for one car, with space for one additional small car in the garage.* Approximately 500m from the coast and nearest pub. Short breaks available.

Another lovely stay in this comfortable roomy house… well equipped and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. Excellent prompt response and action when we reported problem with the oven! Good to have welcome pack of milk, tea, sugar, biscuits and coffee. Good supplies too of dishwasher tablets...

A perfect location and views. A comfortable house. We had a very enjoyable weekend. Parking was tricky!

The location of the house and view was stunning. The amount of steps up to it could be a problem, there was a lot more than we expected. The car parking is also a problem , there’s no room for error! But having said that the views made the effort worthwhile .
