The Cocoonr agency is offering this 60 m² flat with a shared swimming pool for rent in Trans-en-Provence; it can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Located on the 1st floor (with a lift), it comprises the following:
– A 60 m² living area with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining area
– An open-plan fitted kitchen featuring, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a Nespresso pod coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
– A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and storage space.
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space.
– A bathroom with a bath, double washbasins and storage space.
– A separate toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
– A private swimming pool shared with the residential complex; unheated, open from 15 May to 15 October from 10.00 am to 8.30 pm.
– An 8 m² north-west-facing balcony, with a dining area to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally situated in Trans-en-Provence, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: – Hiking and walks. – Swimming (Fréjus is about 25 km away; Saint-Raphaël is about 30 km away). – Saint-Tropez and Cannes are about 60 km away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Les Arcs-Draguignan railway station, approximately 7 km away. – Fréjus railway station, approximately 25 km away. – Nice Airport, approximately 78 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – Bed linen and towels are included. – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. – Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are not contractually binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions. – Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in.
