This historical apartment is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, an induction hob, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. Public transport, shops and restaurants at walking distance (basically around the corner). There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a Ikea Hemnes single/double bed. There is one showerroom, with toilet, sink and a shower. Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is allowed on the balcony. - Paid parking in the street. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are not allowed at the property. -This is a residential area so no drugs or partying
