The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and kitchenware), dining table, and pull-out double bed;

- BATHROOM with raised shower enclosure, sink, toilet, and handheld bidet sprayer.

Heating & Air Conditioning Regulations

Summer: The average air temperature must not be set below 26°C for all building types.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
Late Check-in Fees
Please note that late check-ins must be agreed upon in advance and are subject to additional fees as follows:
9:30 PM – 11:00 PM → €25
11:00 PM – 12:00 AM → €30
12:00 AM – 1:30 AM → €40
