Cocoonr is offering this house for rent in the town of Le Teich, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It has a floor area of 102 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! It comprises a 36 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 350 m². The property is laid out as follows: - A living room with a TV, sofa and dining area - A fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) - One bedroom with two single beds - A shower room - A separate toilet. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A beautiful, enclosed and private 350 m² garden, facing south. - A 20 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally situated in Le Teich, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Le Teich Bird Park - Canoeing down the River Leyre - Cycling along the cycle paths - Walking along the coastal path - Atlantic beaches and exploring the Arcachon Bay - Visiting oyster ports and tasting oysters Transport: If you choose to come by car, there are two private parking spaces available within the garden. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Le Teich, 1 km away - Nearest airport: Bordeaux-Mérignac, 50 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - The air conditioning is located in the dining room/kitchen - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are welcome free of charge.
