Ideal for families or friends seeking time by the coast, this single-storey retreat provides a welcoming base from which to enjoy Hampshire’s shoreline and surrounding attractions. Step inside and discover an inviting open-plan living space where the kitchen, dining area, and sitting area come together to create the heart of the holiday home.
Natural light filters through the space, making it easy to gather over breakfast before planning the day ahead or settle down together in the evening beside the electric fire.
The kitchen is equipped for preparing everything from quick lunches to leisurely evening meals, while the dining area offers a dedicated spot to share stories of your adventures. When the day draws to a close, three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms await, comprising one double and two twin rooms, offering flexibility for a variety of groups.

Beach Retreat consists of an open-plan living space with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dining area, TV, WiFi, and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of one double and two twin rooms. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, along with a cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is decking with furniture and off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.2 miles. Guests also have access to an on-site swimming pool and laundrette.
