The Cocoonr agency is offering this 62 m² flat in Caromb for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy an outdoor area of around 60 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
All rooms in the house are on one level.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 25 m² living room with a TV, a sofa, a dining area and a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
– A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and access to the terrace
– A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190)
– A bathroom with a walk-in shower
– A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: a high chair, a washing machine, a plancha, an ironing board and an iron.
Outdoors:
– A 60 m² garden, including a 30 m² south-facing terrace that is partly shaded, with a small wooden bike shed and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in Caromb, in a quiet neighbourhood close to the town centre.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: – Sightseeing, – Climbing Mont Ventoux – Cycling, running, etc. For further information, please visit the Tourist Office Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (2 vehicles of any type). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Trans Cove (bus): www.transcove.com – Carpentras railway station: approximately 10 km away – Marseille/Marignane Airport: approximately 80 km away Other notes: – Bed linen and towels are included. – Free Wi-Fi is available (fibre optic). – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. – End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the property for future guests.
