Cocoonr is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Mesquer, less than 900 metres from the beach, with a swimming pool, a floor area of 160 m² and accommodation for up to 8 guests.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, you will find: - A 45 m² living area with a TV, sofas and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room - A separate toilet On the first floor, you will find: - Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A private, heated 8×4 m swimming pool, open from May to October and secured by a cover and a barrier - A beautiful, enclosed private garden of 850 m², south-facing and furnished - Two south-facing terraces with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Mesquer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Cycle rides through the salt marshes - Explore the coves of Mesquer, Quimiac and Piriac. - Don’t forget to pay a visit to La Baule and its large bay, or go for a walk along the coastal path on the wild coast at Le Croisic. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in front of the house (public car park); one car can also be parked at the side of the house within the garden. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Batz-sur-Mer, 13 km away - Nearest airport: Saint-Nazaire Montoir-de-Bretagne, 25 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions. - A security camera is installed at the external entrance to the accommodation.
