Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 19 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and a dining area - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hobs, a coffee machine… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a shower and toilet Outside: - A lovely 10 m² east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Blonville-sur-Mer, a popular seaside resort on the Côte Fleurie, where tranquillity, nature and the seaside blend together perfectly. Situated in a peaceful residential neighbourhood on the hills above the town, this idyllic setting – just 2 minutes from the Mont Canisy fortifications – offers a lush, green and rejuvenating environment.
Below, the Blonville marshes boast magnificent walking trails, perfect for observing the remarkable flora and fauna throughout the seasons. The town centre, just a 5-minute walk away, is home to all the local shops, restaurants, a market and leisure activities, allowing you to make the most of the resort without needing to use your car. Activities: By the sea: fine sandy beaches, walks, shellfish gathering, stand-up paddleboarding, sea kayaking, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, sailing, … Horse riding enthusiasts will find numerous equestrian centres offering rides on the beach or through the Normandy countryside, as well as courses and lessons.
