The Cocoonr agency is offering this fully renovated Anglo-Norman villa for rent in Ouistreham, 700 metres from the beach.
It has a floor area of 66 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. A few steps lead up to the house, where you’ll find: - A lovely, light-filled open-plan living area with a TV, a sofa, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen, which is brand new and fully equipped, including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs… - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200), a clothes rail and a luggage rack - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bed frame with built-in storage - A shower room - A separate toilet - A utility area For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A lovely, south-west-facing garden with trees, fully enclosed, covering 500 m² and furnished for enjoying sunny days Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The house is ideally situated in Ouistreham, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market, all just a few minutes’ walk away. Things to do: - Marina and seafront promenades - Ouistreham’s large sandy beach - Ouistreham Lighthouse - Atlantic Wall Museum & Commando No. 4 Museum - Sword Beach (Queen Red) historic site - The town of Cabourg Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park on the street (there are a few free, marked parking spaces available). There are also more parking options available a little further away from the seafront. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest port: Ouistreham, 5 km away - Nearest railway station: Caen, 18 km away - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 25 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking - End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and comprises preparing the accommodation for future guests.
We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply - CCTV cameras are in place, facing the street-side entrance and the garden.
