Information about the host
The holiday flat is located on the top floor of a three-family house with high-quality furnishings, completed in August 2016, in a quiet side street with south-west orientation. The flat has two spacious balconies with a wonderful view of the cross-country ski trails, the ski jumps, the Unterberg and the Kaisergebirge. The flat has its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer for your exclusive use, storage facilities for bicycles and skis in the locked ski room. The centre of Reit im Winkl and all necessary shopping facilities are within walking distance. The public transport, especially the ski buses to the skiing area Winklmossalm/ Steinplatte are in the immediate vicinity. The house is heated with underfloor heating, in addition the flat has a genuine Canadian Bullerjan, which provides cosy warmth on long winter evenings. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. All bedrooms and living rooms have free Wi-Fi.

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "towns and villages whose air and climate, according to an expert report, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Wir kommen aus Düsseldorf und haben uns 2016 einen lang gehegten Traum erfüllt: ein eigenes Haus in Bayern, mitten in der wunderschönen Bergwelt von Reit im Winkl. Seitdem verbringen wir als Familie mit drei Kindern und unserem Hund so viel Zeit wie möglich hier und genießen immer wieder die besondere Mischung aus Natur, Ruhe und bayerischer Lebensart.
Bei der Gestaltung unseres Hauses war uns wichtig, einen Ort zu schaffen, an dem wir uns selbst rundum wohlfühlen. Auch die Ferienwohnung haben wir deshalb genau so eingerichtet, wie wir gerne Urlaub machen: mit viel Liebe zum Detail, hochwertigen Materialien, außergewöhnlichem Komfort und einer warmen, persönlichen Atmosphäre.
Als Gastgeber möchten wir, dass Sie sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie zu Hause fühlen. Der persönliche Kontakt zu unseren Gästen liegt uns besonders am Herzen. Visitor's tax per person/night throughout the year

Children and young people** 1.50 euros
Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of
100% and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from visitor's tax.
For severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 80-99%, the visitor's tax is half the amount.

After booking confirmation, we request a deposit of 40% of the rental price to our account within 4 weeks. Please pay the balance up to 7 days before arrival. In addition, we would like to ask you to hand over a deposit of 250 euros on the day of arrival, which you will of course receive back when the flat is handed over free of defects. If required, you can receive an intermediate cleaning as well as a two-day towel change for an additional charge. We will provide you with fresh towels once a week free of charge.

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
