It measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a terrace of around 6 m². Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find: - A 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed and a TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A separate toilet On the first floor, you’ll find: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with a bath Outside: - A 6 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days Communal areas: - A shared garden accessible from the terrace - A 90 m² shared, heated and covered swimming pool is available from the Easter holidays until the All Saints’ Day holidays. The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park (maximum 1 vehicle). No specific parking spaces are allocated As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Châteaulin, approximately 18 km away. - Nearest airport: Brest-Bretagne, approximately 55 km away.
