Welcome to my home, a stylish and recently refurbished detached home in the desirable Cardiff suburb of Radyr.
Designed with comfort, character and modern living in mind, the house combines contemporary interiors with unique music-inspired touches and plenty of space to relax.
From the striking slatted feature wall and modern electric fireplace in the lounge to the thoughtfully styled bedrooms and bright conservatory, this is a home that feels a little different from a standard rental. The house offers approximately 1,200 sq ft of accommodation and has been designed to provide generous living space alongside comfortable bedrooms and practical amenities. Living room The spacious lounge is the heart of the home, featuring: * Large Smart TV * Electric feature fireplace * Stylish slatted feature wall * Comfortable large sofa * Separate armchair * Coffee table * Modern lighting * Music-inspired décor * Direct access towards the conservatory/garden The Smart TV provides access to popular streaming services including Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4 and Amazon Prime Video.
Guests can use their own accounts where required. Kitchen The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes: * Electric hob * Oven * Microwave * Fridge/freezer * Washing machine * Kettle * Toaster * Full range of cooking utensils * Pots and pans * Crockery, glasses and cutlery The kitchen features attractive wood-effect worktops, contemporary cabinetry and plenty of preparation and storage space. Dining & conservatory The bright conservatory provides a separate dining space with seating for four and views towards the private rear garden. It’s a lovely spot for breakfast, dinner or simply relaxing with a coffee while enjoying the garden outlook. Bedrooms The property has three bedrooms and sleeps up to four guests. Bedroom 1: King-size bed Bedroom 2: Single bed Bedroom 3: Single bed The bedrooms feature comfortable furnishings and subtle music-inspired styling, giving the house its own distinctive character. Bathrooms The property has three bathrooms/WCs, providing additional convenience for groups and families. Outdoor space Guests have access to a private enclosed rear garden, providing a pleasant outdoor area to relax during warmer months. There is also private driveway parking for up to two vehicles. Guests will have private and exclusive use of the entire house, including the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, conservatory, private garden and driveway. Parking Private driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles. Limited free on-street parking may also be available nearby, subject to availability and local restrictions. Wi-Fi & working Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The property also offers a laptop-friendly workspace, making it suitable for guests travelling for work or longer stays. Family friendly The property is family friendly and offers a comfortable layout for families travelling to Cardiff and South Wales. What makes this property special? The property is also equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for guest safety. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
