A charming and welcoming 48-square-meter apartment, perfect for two people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.
The property is situated in a central area of Pesaro: Piazza del Popolo, Rocca Costanza, and Palazzo Mosca are all within easy walking distance—just a few minutes away.
The seafront is also easily accessible, requiring only about a 10-minute walk. The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: - Please be aware that there are stairs to access the apartment; - Guests have the option of sleeping separately by using the sofa bed in the living room.
