The Cocoonr agency is offering this 75 m² flat in Alfortville, with views of the Seine, for rent; it can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Located on the 6th floor (with a lift), the flat is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 3: with a pull-out bed, providing two sleeping spaces of 90x190.
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A 5 m² north-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A 29 m² south-facing terrace, also with furniture

The flat is ideally situated in Alfortville, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - Numerous walking, jogging and mountain biking trails along the Seine - Paris and all its cultural attractions are just a few minutes’ journey away by metro Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private covered car park on the ground floor of the building (any type of vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Metro station: École vétérinaire, line 8 – There are numerous buses available within a few minutes’ walk – Nearest railway station: Gare de Lyon, 6.5 km away – Nearest airport: Paris-Orly, 17 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking - End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
