Cocoonr is offering this charming 55 m² flat in Béziers for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! Located on the 1st floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows: – An air-conditioned living area of 22 m² with a single sofa bed (110x190), a TV and a dining area – An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… – Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190), a desk and a wardrobe – A shower room – A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: – A small balcony (with railing) measuring 1m², facing north-west, with a chair and a side table to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Béziers, in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking a one-way street.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: – Beach (20 minutes’ drive) – Cap d’Agde (30 minutes’ drive) – Historic centre with narrow cobbled streets, lively squares, shops and restaurants – Saint-Nazaire Cathedral, an iconic landmark offering panoramic views over the Orb Valley. – Les Allées Paul Riquet, a tree-lined promenade with cafés, ice-cream parlours, markets and events throughout the year. – Place Jean-Jaurès, the bustling heart of Béziers with its outdoor cafés, bars and restaurants – The Nine Locks of Fonseranes (30-minute walk), a must-see UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring the Canal du Midi – Pont Vieux and the banks of the Orb, a lovely walk offering the finest views of the cathedral and the town – Polygone Béziers shopping centre with shops, restaurants and a cinema – The municipal theatre and cultural events just a few minutes away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat (paid parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Bus stop 5 minutes away – Béziers railway station 900 metres away – Béziers Airport 20 minutes’ drive away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Only the living area is air-conditioned. – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. – Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The rates shown are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. – End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
