Lakewood Plot 7 consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with sofa bed. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, while the sitting area includes a TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a twin. There is also a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is wraparound decking with a 3-seater hot tub and off-road parking for one car. Please note: there are several steps up to the decking area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. A shop is within 0.1 miles, a pub is within 0.8 miles, and a lake is within 0.9 miles.
