Perfect for families, couples, small groups and business travellers, the property sleeps up to 5 guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay including your own private hot tub. With shops, restaurants, transport links and many of Colchester’s attractions within easy walking distance, St. Julian House is an ideal base for exploring Britain’s oldest city. Sleeping Arrangements The property has two bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: Double bed and Smart TV • Bedroom 2: Single bed and Smart TV — ideal for a child or solo guest • Living room: Double sofa bed providing additional sleeping space for up to two guests Fresh linen and towels are provided for your stay. Bathroom The family bathroom features both a walk-in shower and separate bathtub, giving you the choice of a quick morning shower or a relaxing evening soak. Shampoo is also provided. Living & Working Space Make yourself at home in the comfortable living area, where you can: • Relax on the sofa after a day exploring Colchester • Enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV • Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the property • Make use of the dedicated workspace for remote working or studying Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay and includes: • Fridge and freezer • Hob and oven • Microwave • Kettle • Toaster • Essential kitchenware Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet meal at home, you’ll have everything you need. For parking outside these hours, Priory Street Car Park is approximately a one-minute walk from the property, providing a convenient paid parking option.
