The king bedroom is light and calm, dressed in crisp white linen with teal accents and warm bedside lighting.
The second bedroom has two single beds. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for home cooking, with a dining table for four.
The comfortable living room has a large smart TV with Netflix, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. Free on-street parking is available directly outside — no permits needed. The historic village of Brancepeth — with its medieval castle and estate parkland — is close by, and Durham City itself is only a 15-minute drive, making this an ideal base whether you're here for nature, history or simply a change of pace. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned; professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. Consumables We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap.
Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll.
These should last a couple of days. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
