1 Grenville Road consists of a kitchen/diner with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining space, along with a sitting room with an open fire and a conservatory. The bedrooms comprise one king-size, one double, and one single bedroom. There is a bathroom with a shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Central heating and the open fire provide warmth throughout the property. WiFi, TV, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is ample off-road parking for 2 cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Enjoy a relaxing stay at this welcoming holiday home.
