A built-in media wall with a television spans one side of the room, while windows on two exposures bring in natural light throughout the day. From several vantage points, the Metropolitan Life Clock Tower and Madison Square Park are visible through the windows.
Adjacent to the living area, a glass dining table seats eight beneath a sculptural pendant fixture.
The dining space sits between the living room and kitchen, creating a single open gathering area. The kitchen is centered around a large marble island with waterfall edges and integrated storage.
White cabinetry extends across the room, and a stainless steel cooking wall creates a striking focal point opposite the island.
A dishwasher is confirmed in the property details. A separate office provides a dedicated workspace with a desk positioned between two windows, a task chair, lounge chair, and area rug.
