The Cocoonr agency is offering this 32 m² flat for rent in Calais, which can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A living area with a sofa, a dining area and a fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190).
– A bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The flat enjoys a prime location, right in the heart of Calais.
You’ll be able to enjoy a lively neighbourhood, bustling with shops, restaurants and cafés, whilst staying on a peaceful street where only cars pass by. For days out, Calais beach is about ten minutes away by public transport, whilst the famous Calais Dragon, currently in operation, promises a unique experience that’s not to be missed. Finally, everything is within easy reach: a shopping centre just a 3-minute walk away means you can easily do your shopping throughout your stay. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Nearest railway station: Calais-Ville, approximately 2.5 km away. – Nearest airport: Grand Calais, approximately 13 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – Bed linen and towels are included. – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. – End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
