Located on the 1st floor (with a lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows: – A 45 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs… – A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200). – A bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside: – A south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally situated in Penta-di-Casinca, in a very pleasant setting.
Nearby, you’ll find a range of shops, including an organic shop on the ground floor of the building, a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants, bars and more. Activities: – San Pellegrino beach, about 3 km away. – Golf in Borgo – Hiking – Cycling Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (numbered space). A car is essential if you want to make the most of the region. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
