The Cocoonr agency is offering this 230 m² house for rent in Deuil-la-Barre, which can accommodate up to 7 guests.
It comprises a 50 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 400 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and two upper floors.
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A utility room
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- A 50 m² living area with a TV, bookcase, sofas and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… as well as a second dining area
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
On the second floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with a single bed
- A bathroom with a bath
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: a barbecue (charcoal), a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, a tumble dryer, and an iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A 400 m² enclosed garden facing south-west
- A 14 m² balcony facing south-west, furnished for enjoying sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Deuil-la-Barre, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - Lake Enghien - Nearby parks - A visit to Paris - The Air and Space Museum Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest station: Barre Ormesson (line H), a 5-minute walk away - Nearest airport: Paris-Le Bourget, 12 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - The fireplace is not in working order - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and comprises preparing the accommodation for future guests.
We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
