Information about the host
The guest room has been newly renovated, features stylish new furnishings, and is fully equipped. It includes a 160 x 200 cm double bed. The room is for the exclusive use of guests; a small private hallway leads to the bathroom, which is also reserved solely for guests. This gives you a completely private, self-contained unit.
The house (where the guest room is located) is centrally situated, right near Gärtnerplatz and the Viktualienmarkt; Marienplatz—the heart of Munich's city center—is also just a short distance away.
The Theresienwiese (home to Oktoberfest) is only about 1.9 km away and easily accessible.
A subway station, a bus stop, and a tram stop are all located nearby.
Your dining needs are well catered for, too. There are breakfast options, a bakery, a supermarket, a drugstore, and numerous small shops and eateries for lunch or dinner in the immediate vicinity.
You can also enjoy a meal at the "Deutsche Eiche" (hotel, restaurant, and bathhouse), which is just a short walk away (approx. 150 m).
Wellness and relaxation options are also available; a highly-rated massage service ("Massage by Andreas") is right around the corner (approx. 50 m).
From here, you can also easily walk to Munich's nightlife spots.
The guest room is gay-friendly.
