The Cocoonr Dinard agency is offering this charming 50m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The house, which has been fully renovated, offers a lovely blend of old and new. It comprises a 22 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two separate toilets. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor - An entrance leading into the 22m² living area, comprising a lounge/dining area that can seat four guests, as well as a fully fitted open-plan kitchen (Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, small fridge with a freezer compartment, four-ring induction hob, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave). - A utility cupboard - A separate toilet Upstairs (accessible via a staircase with 16 steps) - On the landing itself, two single beds (90 x 190 cm), with a window fitted with blackout shutters. - A double bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm), with a window fitted with blackout shutters. - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet Outside (accessible from the ground floor) - An enclosed 8 m² terrace, facing north-west, equipped with a garden table and four chairs, as well as a small garden seating area. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Neighbourhood: - The property is situated in the ‘hills’ of Dinard, in a quiet neighbourhood.
As it’s not right in the city centre, traffic flows smoothly all year round! Just a 5-minute walk away is a range of local shops (Carrefour Market, bookshop/newsagent, tobacconist, fast-food outlets, post office and chemist) - La Rose des Sables is a 15–20-minute walk from the lively Saint-Enogat neighbourhood, where you can enjoy numerous restaurants, cafés and grocery shops, as well as the superb Saint-Enogat beach.
Dinard’s renowned Thalasso centre is located in the Saint-Enogat neighbourhood. - Dinard’s fabulous market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is an 11-minute walk away (right in the heart of the town). If you choose to go by car, there are plenty of car parks available. - The property’s location means you can quickly reach the main roads leading to must-see tourist attractions (the Rance Dam, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel, as well as neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac and Lancieux …). Transport: If you choose to come by car, the house has a private outdoor parking space.
Street parking in the surrounding area is free.
