Cocoonr is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Calais, less than a 6-minute drive from the beach.
It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 100 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and two upper floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find: - A 50 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A separate toilet On the first floor, you’ll find: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a single bed suitable for children and a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with toilet and shower On the second floor, you will find: - A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A 100 m² enclosed, private, south-facing garden - A 35 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally situated in Calais, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Things to do: - The Calais Dragons and the Calais Machines. - Cosmic Park, a children’s amusement park. - Shopping area with shops and restaurants. - Calais beach. - Le Channel, a national theatre. - Calais Harbour (ferries to England) less than 15 mins away. - The Channel Tunnel 6–7 mins away. - Museum of Fine Arts. - Cité de la Dentelle et de la Mode. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Frontinettes, a 1-minute walk away, and Calais Frethun, a 10-minute drive away - Nearest airport: Ostend-Bruges, in Belgium, a 35-minute drive away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Bed linen is included; towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). The rates shown are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner - Pets are not permitted - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
