A bright and welcoming 50-square-meter apartment, perfect for six people, located on the ground floor of a newly built building.
The property is situated in an extremely quiet area and enjoys a strategic location, allowing you to easily visit Valeggio sul Mincio and Peschiera del Garda, both just a short drive away (5 and 20 minutes, respectively).
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Guests have access to an outdoor parking space.
