There is also a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a drying room. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, two doubles, a second-floor double, a second-floor single with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a second-floor single, along with a bathroom with bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and roadside parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.6 miles, river 1.1 miles.
