Cocoonr invites you to make yourself at home in this comfortable 54 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Tucked away on the ground floor of a separate wing of a residential block, it will charm you with its peaceful atmosphere and its ideal location for exploring the city.
It comprises a lovely 18 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath.
Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. All rooms in the house are on one level. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A cosy and bright living room measuring 18 m² - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Two bedrooms with double beds (140×200) - A bathroom with a bath and washing machine - A separate toilet Its location is a real asset: just a short walk from the Faubourg des Trois Maisons and the Cours Léopold, you’ll enjoy a pleasant neighbourhood, bustling with shops, restaurants and amenities, whilst still benefiting from a peaceful setting. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you’ll be able to park near the flat. By car: quick access to major motorways (A31 and A33). Paid on-street parking is available. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Nancy station, a 15-minute walk or 8-minute bus ride away - Strasbourg Airport: approximately 2 hours’ drive away (149 km). Once you’re there, Cocoonr, an agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
