The spacious second-floor bedroom benefits from its own private en-suite bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat with added privacy.
It also features a Smart TV with streaming services, making it the perfect place to unwind. The first-floor double bedroom is bright and spacious, with easy access to the main family bathroom, while the third double bedroom offers equally comfortable accommodation, making the home ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. In addition to the open-plan living space, there's a separate front lounge with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV – perfect if you want a quiet spot to relax, read a book or enjoy a film while others make use of the main living area. Outside, the generous enclosed garden provides plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air. Dine al fresco on the patio, relax with a morning coffee or an evening drink, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The garden is furnished with outdoor seating, including a dining table and chairs, along with a bench and garden swing for lazy afternoons.
