The Waldeck vacation apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest and is on the first floor of my 2-family house.
It can be reached via a separate entrance behind the house and is separated from the rest of the private living space.
It is also located in a very quiet residential area, slightly away from the main road.
The apartment offers plenty of space for 1-4 people on 85 m² of living space.
By arrangement, a further 1-2 people could be accommodated in the spacious living room. The large, modern and comfortably furnished living room with pull-out corner sofa bed and separate sofa bed as well as flat-screen TV invites you to linger and chill out. Direct access to the terrace and garden is possible from here.
The dining room has a dining set for 6 people.
Here you can enjoy meals and play cards or board games for a short while.
It is possible to borrow games from our collection.
A small storage room in the EZ offers space for bags or suitcases and supplies.
Cleaning materials, the vacuum cleaner and the free-standing tumble dryer are also stored here.
The kitchen adjoining the dining room was only completed in mid-March 2024 and is completely new and leaves absolutely nothing to be desired.
It can be closed with a sliding door and includes the following furnishings - Crockery (flat plates, deep plates, dessert plates, breakfast bowls) - Cutlery, large and small sharp knives, cheese grater, peeler, salad servers - Pans, pots, bowls, platters, casserole dish - Glasses and cups - Cooking pots and pans - Oils and spices as well as various teas Teas, coffee and coffee filters - Containers for take-away food (please bring them back!) - Coffee machine, thermos flask and kettle - Toaster and microwave - Oven, stove and dishwasher - Refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet, bedside tables and 1 chest of drawers.
An additional TV can be connected here.
Comforters, pillows and bed linen are included in the price.
The new bathroom with large shower is equipped with WC, large washbasin, mirror cabinet, wall cupboards, hairdryer and new washing machine.
Shower towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided and included in the price.
Detergent is also included if you wish to wash your laundry on site.
There are also toiletries such as toilet paper, shower cream, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton buds, ... You know how it goes when you leave something at home that should actually be on the trip Between the bathroom, bedroom and living room is a small hallway with a coat rack for your jackets, shoes, hats, etc. To get to the point: The Waldeck apartment offers you everything you need to live and feel good! A real highlight for little adventurers: In the shared garden, children can play safely, while the trampoline and swings provide fun and movement. Enjoy balmy summer evenings at the grill area, where you can prepare delicious meals on a gas or electric grill.
The terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to linger – perfect for relaxed hours with a view of the greenery.
Additionally, the Waldeck holiday apartment is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, to enjoy your time out undisturbed. You can also take the opportunity to visit the adorable Pintaloosa alpacas, just a few minutes' walk away.

Isolated location for total privacy Proximity to the forest for fascinating nature experiences Pets on request are welcome The payment is to be made in advance via bank transfer or on-site in cash. A deposit of 50% of the total price is to be paid by bank transfer 14 days before arrival. Arrival from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Departure by 12:00 p.m. The key handover takes place in person on-site or in the available key safe. Small pets are allowed for a fee of €10 per day/pet.
