Two lower-level areas of the home are separately secured and not included in the rental. Other Things to Note • This home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests in line with Burnaby's short-term rental occupancy limit. • A basement-level suite with its own private entrance is separately occupied and is not part of this rental. • Please note that the home is spread across multiple levels, with stair access connecting all spaces. • As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home.
