The Cocoonr agency is offering this 40 m² flat for rent in Granville, situated approximately 2 km from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Located on the 1st floor (with a lift), it comprises the following:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV and sofa, and an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
Outside:
- A 5m² north-west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Granville, in a residential neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and various transport links. Things to do: - The town centre and beach are within walking distance - The Christian Dior Museum - Chausey, Jersey and Guernsey Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park (one vehicle only). Parking spaces are free on the street leading to the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Granville railway station: less than 1 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service (concierge and housekeeping service).
