The Mono Standard is a studio apartment for beachfront stays in Torre Lapillo, on the second floor of a complex located directly on the beach.
The studio has air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, kitchen with electric oven etc. The washing machine is shared.
Pets allowed.
Mono Standard, studio apartment for 2 people with sea view on the beach of Torre Lapillo The mono Standard is located on the second floor of the Nella Apartments complex, is furnished with 1 double bed,open kitchenette, table and chairs, and completed by 1 bathroom shower.
The mono has a large terrace with sea view.
In common with all the apartments is the inner courtyard, with laundry area equipped with a washing machine.
The surroundings of Nella Apartments in Torre Lapillo, on the sea of Porto Cesareo.
Nella Apartments is located right on the beach of Torre Lapillo, in a very central area with all services at hand: the crystal clear sea with shallow water and soft sand, markets, bars, restaurants, equipped lidos to spend a stress-free vacation.
Within 500 meters there are also children`s merry-go-rounds and avenues for peaceful walks.
There is, in addition, the possibility of organizing boat trips and snorkeling tours. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Optional Breakfast not included, upon request. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Shared washing machine in an internal courtyard.
