Villetta Prisma isa vacation home in the heart ofBaia Verde, just 250 meters from the beautiful golden-sand beaches and crystal-clear waters ofGallipoli. The cottage is ideal for a relaxing stay in one of Salento?s most beloved destinations, featuring a spacious furnished garden and parking space, cool and bright rooms, and all the main amenities such as air conditioning,a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a TV. The vacation home sleepsup to 8 guests.
Villetta Prisma, an 8-sleeper vacation home in Baia Verde, just a stone?s throw from the sea in Gallipoli Villetta Prisma is a cool and cozy vacation home, surrounded by a beautifulgarden withparking, as well as spacious areas equipped for outdoor dining.
Guests also have access to anoutdoor shower, which is very handy when returning from the beaches.
The interior of Villetta Prisma is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is an airy living room witha dining area anda double sofa bed, air-conditioned and decorated in light, fresh shades of white and blue.
Adjacent to it is the well-equippedkitchen, which opens directly onto the backyard. An internal staircase in the living room leads to the first floor, where the sleeping area is located.
A hallway leads to thethree bedrooms: onewith a doublebed and two with twin beds. The villa also features two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower.
There is a balcony on the upper floor.
The surroundings of Villetta Prisma in Baia Verde, Gallipoli Villetta Prisma is located in Gallipoli, inthe Baia Verde area, renowned for the beauty of itsbeaches andcrystal-clear sea. The sea is just a few minutes? walk away, as are severalbeach clubs, which double as beach bars in the evening. The city ofGallipoli?with its beautifulhistoric center, livelynightlife, andshopping district?is just a few minutes away and can even be reached on foot via a pleasant, long stroll alongthe Galilei promenade. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - The house is arranged over two floors.
