The 29 sq m apartment, located on the first floor of a building with NO elevator (stairs required), is organized as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, 55" TV, coffee table and chairs, trolley rack, armchair, and mirror; - BATHROOM with sink, bidet, and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WiFi, heating, air conditioning and a hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: - Stairs to access the building and a step to access the apartment. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, amounting to EUR 2,50, for the first 5 nights. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato * Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment* The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law. It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
