The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Bernières-sur-Mer, with sea views and situated just 30 metres from the beach.
With a floor area of 120 m², it can accommodate up to 10 guests. The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 30 m² living area with a sitting area (TV, sofas), a dining area and a study area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 single beds, 90×200) and a bunk bed (2 beds, 90×200) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, table tennis table and fire pit. Outdoors: - A beautiful, enclosed and private 300 m² garden, as well as a south-facing terrace - A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included – we’re just waiting for you! The house is ideally situated in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Beach and shellfish gathering - Walking and cycling - Water sports - Museums and D-Day sites - Visits to castles and churches - Markets and summer festivals - Trips to Caen, Bayeux and Mont-Saint-Michel. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park one car directly in the property’s private car park.
You can also park two cars on the pavement alongside the house.
Beyond that, to avoid causing any inconvenience to the neighbours, please park on the adjacent main road. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station and airport: Caen, about 30 minutes’ drive away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Pets are welcome free of charge.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed, but no cats due to the owners’ allergies.
Please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. - The fireplace is not in working order. - The property is fitted with a security system.
Should the fire or carbon monoxide alarm be triggered, a photograph will be taken in the living room, the entrance hall and the upstairs corridor for verification purposes.
